Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after acceptance by Vajragaruda Multiservices. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline any booking due to operational constraints, weather conditions, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the service location.
• Ensure electricity and water are available whenever required.
• Secure valuable items before work begins.
• Inform our team about pets, hazards or restricted areas.
• Provide accurate service information during booking.

Payments

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• GST will be charged wherever applicable.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards and Cash.
• Delayed payments may attract additional charges where permitted by law.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling before the scheduled service. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period provided. Vajragaruda reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to operational or safety requirements.

Warranty & Service Guarantee

• Warranty is available only on selected services.
• Warranty does not cover customer negligence or misuse.
• Natural wear and tear is excluded.
• Pest control effectiveness depends on customer cooperation and environmental conditions.
• Any warranty claim must be reported within the applicable warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Vajragaruda Multiservices Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, pre-existing defects, structural issues, hidden plumbing or electrical faults, or damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Health & Safety

• Our technicians may refuse unsafe work.
• Customers must disclose hazardous conditions.
• Aggressive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.
• Illegal activities observed during service may be reported to relevant authorities.
